Kardamena
Kos
2016.
This was an 18-30 holiday, I don't drink a lot and I'm super self conscious of the way I look as I'm not the slimmest of people but this was an amazing holiday. I went with my cousin and friend.
We arrived at our hotel the
Origin Apartments. It was a bar and hotel but the music was never loud. We met our rep Kirsty who was lovely and a fellow Geordie so we felt right at home. We unpacked and went back downstairs had a few drinks and we ended up dancing on the bar pole blasting are lungs to Dexter Midnight Runners 'Come on Eileen our grandads favourite song.
I'm one of those people who as long as I have a bed and toilet I'm not bothered where I stay but my cousin chose this hotel over another because of the way the bathroom looked aha.
It was a brilliant choice though as it was
right across the road from the main 18-30 Hotel so we had the luxury of having a nice room and quite neighbours whilst still enjoying the parties. We had the choice to pay for the full club/party nights or just some of them. I didn't know we had to pay extra other wise I would've saved more money.
We always met at the hotel across the road play a few drinking games then head out to a couple of bars in the town Square then head to the night club at the end of the night.
Drinks were always cheap as you'd expect.
My favourite nights were the UV bubble night and the paint party.
Such fun!
The bubble night ended up with our friend making her way through some of the Greek men whilst me and my cousin broke out the dance moves buzzing our knockers off every time a wave of bubbles came through.
The paint party started off at a bar where we played a few drinking games then everyone started to chase each other with paint and having a good laugh. When we got to the night club the reps had water bombs and guns loaded with paint aiming everywhere.
Warning if you ever do go to a paint party never wear contacts not a good idea.

Kardamena is a beautiful little town, but not that much to do except from going to the shops or do some beach sports.
We went on Jet Skis and went paragliding which was amazing something everyone needs to do.
On our last day we hired a car and headed to Kos Town, it didn't take long as the island is quite small. There was many shops, a big harbour and gorgeous buildings in the town.
On our way back to Kardamena we stopped off at Paradise beach which is one of the most beautiful beaches I've seen.
Once we were back we had our final event with the 18-30s team which was the boat party.
I've always wanted to go on one and it didn't disappoint at all. It was a perfect way to end our holiday, with the added sunset it couldn't have been better.
Safe travels!
